Director of Professional Services

Brad serves as the Director of Project Management Services leading a team of industry seasoned Project Managers in the planning and execution of organization goals and objectives. He provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes and tools used for effective project delivery. Brad has a sincere passion in guiding, mentoring, and developing his team to exceed customer expectations.

Before joining DataFirst in April of 2020, Brad served as the Director of Professional Services at eRad. With over 20 years in the healthcare IT industry, Brad refined his skills and leadership experience in positions at the Cleveland Clinic, Agfa Healthcare and Sectra. Brad brings a unique mix of technical and operational expertise to his team and the organization.

He began his career as a Military Intelligence Analyst in the U.S. Army after studying Business and Finance at Clemson University.

Brad currently resides in Greenwood, SC with his wife and two sons.
